Falls Mills ADC Bid

Tazewell County and Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens (AASC) are accepting sealed bids for the Falls Mills Adult Daycare Center located at the former Falls Mills Elementary School site (234 Angel Lane, Falls Mills, VA). Work includes the construction of an 8500 SF +/- Adult Daycare Center, Use Group I-4, Type 5B construction, fully sprinklered, associated parking and associated access drive. Sealed bids will be received at Tazewell County Administration Building located at 197 Main Street, Tazewell, VA until 2:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on August 21, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the vendor to assure that its Bid is delivered to the place designated for receipt of bids and by the time set for receipt of bids.
