Woodmen of the World Lodges Donate to Generations
Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens (AASC) thanks Woodmen of the World Lodge 404 (Cedar Bluff) and Lodge 433 (Cedar Bluff Youth) for their
generous donations to AASC’s day care program, Generations.
Pat Lee and Darlene Yates presented Generations with a donation of $250 from Lodge 404 and $250 from Lodge 433.
Generations, a nonprofit organization, operates adult and child day care services at Cedar Bluff, and adult day care services at Haysi. The Cedar
Bluff facility provides services for participants in Buchanan, Russell, and Tazewell counties. The Haysi facility provides services for Dickenson,
Buchanan, and Russell County participants
AASC is one of Virginia’s 25 Area Agencies on Aging designated by the Virginia Department for the Aging to carry out the department’s mission to
foster the dignity, independence and security of older Virginians by promoting partnerships with communities at the local level. AASC offers
