Request For Bid - Child Day Care

Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens (AASC) is requesting competitive bids to construct a 32’6” X 60’ building for a Child Day Care Center. The following specifications are the required minimum:

1. Should have 3 bathrooms (2 child and one adult which must meet ADA requirements), small kitchen area with base and upper cabinets, sink and a place for refrigerator and microwave (stove/oven is not needed), storage space which can house electrical, office space, infant room with sink, 2 activity areas, 1 larger play area and entry area. Commercial grade tile. Plumbing and electrical.
2. HVAC System
3. Exterior: Vinyl siding with metal roof.

All bids must be received or delivered to Appalachian Agency for Senior Citizens by 4:00PM on Thursday, February 27, 2014.

AASC is a 501 (c) (3) private, non-profit with tax exempt staus and can use tax exemption to be passed on for purchase of materials.
